This hotel is fantastic value for money. The prices are affordable and the attention to detail is impressive. The staff, especially Ana-Maria and Khalil, go above and beyond to assist guests with any issues. The convenient location, just a short walk from Obermain Therme, is a major plus. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a great shower. The breakfast is also very good, with a variety of options to choose from.
The only slight drawback was the lack of additional amenities in the rooms, such as shampoo or shoe sponges. However, this is a minor point in an otherwise excellent stay.

The staff were quite helpful and polite. The large and quiet rooms could have been much better if it weren't for the uncomfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was satisfying. The town center is easily accessible, which is great for sightseeing. The breakfast room was quite bright and spacious and had an excellent ambience.
There was no free wifi available, which would've been perfect as we were on a romantic escape and planned to stay in the hotel mostly. The room we stayed in needed to be remodeled and smelled stale.

Although the hotel offered a lot of amenities, the lack of a proper lounge area was a disappointment.
